This ceramic mug carries a dachshund in fine black illustration on one side and a short tribute to the breed on the other. The front shows the dog's head and shoulders in profile, with the word dachshund printed over its head like a dictionary entry: "dachshund [daks - hund] noun". Turn the mug round and the back reads as a little character sketch. It calls these dogs small in stature with a big personality, intelligent, fearless and a touch stubborn, before admitting they can be won over with a belly rub.
