Description

The Cuba is a 500mm vertical LED wall light built around a slim black metal frame with a circular gold-toned disc diffuser set midway up the shaft. An integrated 8W LED behind the disc casts 600lm of warm 3000K light outward through the diffuser and upward along the black shaft, creating both a decorative focal point and ambient wall wash.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms, living rooms and hotel corridors where wall-mounted decorative lighting is needed without overhead fittings, the Cuba works individually as an accent or in pairs either side of a bed, mirror or artwork. The 180mm projection from the wall gives the circular diffuser visibility from oblique angles, making the fitting read as a sculptural object rather than a flush disc. The 120mm width and 500mm height suit standard wall spacings without overwhelming narrow hallways.

The black metal frame provides structure and contrast against the warm gold disc, which reflects the 3000K light back towards the wall and out into the room. The 120° beam angle spreads light across a wide arc rather than a focused spot, making the Cuba function as ambient rather than task lighting. The gold finish on the disc sits between brushed brass and polished brass in tone, warm enough to pair with brass fixtures but muted enough to work in contemporary interiors where high-polish finishes might feel out of place.

At 0.6kg the Cuba mounts to plasterboard on standard wall fixings and requires a mains connection behind the backplate.
