The Crystalix is a 201x100cm leaner mirror with a deep-carved polyurethane frame finished in silver, featuring rococo-style floral and scrollwork motifs at each corner and along the top and bottom rails. The frame projects 11cm from the wall when leaned, giving the carved detail substantial relief and creating shadow depth around the mirror glass. At 26kg, the mirror is heavy enough to sit securely when leaned at a 5-10 degree angle without needing wall fixings.

Designed for bedrooms, dressing rooms and hallways with wall heights of 2.1m or greater, the Crystalix works as both a functional full-length mirror and a decorative wall element. The 2:1 aspect ratio provides a full head-to-toe reflection from standing position when placed 1-2m away from the viewer. The silver finish on the polyurethane frame catches ambient and direct light, adding reflective accent to the room without the maintenance requirements of plated metal.

The frame is moulded from high-density polyurethane rather than carved wood or cast resin, which keeps the weight manageable while allowing the deep undercuts and fine detail typical of traditional rococo frames. The silver coating is applied over a primer layer and sealed, so it resists fingerprints and minor scuffs better than uncoated resin. The Crystalix is designed to lean against a wall rather than be wall-mounted. At 26kg, it sits securely when leaned at a slight angle on a level floor. For additional safety in high-traffic areas or homes with children, an optional wall fixing strap can be added to the top rear of the frame.

What wall height is needed?

The 201cm height requires a minimum wall height of approximately 2.1m to allow the mirror to lean at a stable angle without the top edge hitting the ceiling. Most UK residential ceilings at 2.4m accommodate the mirror comfortably.

How is the frame cleaned?

Wipe the polyurethane frame with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For marks or fingerprints, a barely-damp cloth is acceptable. Avoid spraying household cleaners directly onto the frame, as they can dull the silver finish over time.

Can it be hung instead of leaned?

The frame includes rear D-rings for wall-hanging if preferred. At 26kg, wall-mounting requires heavy-duty fixings into solid masonry or multiple studs. Most users find leaning simpler and safer for a mirror of this size and weight.
