Description

The Crown is a wall-mounted reading light with a white aluminium body, a 185mm flexible gooseneck arm, and an integrated 3W LED at the head. The arm bends to position the light over a pillow, a desk surface, or a chair-side reading position, and holds that position once set. The LED casts warm 3000K light in a narrow beam suited to reading rather than ambient room lighting.

Designed for bedside headboard mounting, desk task lighting, and reading corners where a wall-fixed fitting is preferred over a table lamp, the Crown fits directly to a 25mm mounting box or wall plate on a single screw fixing. The 60mm wide base conceals the cable entry and mounts flush to the wall. The narrow projection when positioned upright makes the fitting suitable for tight spaces alongside beds or in alcoves.

The white finish on the aluminium body is a powder-coated matt surface that resists fingerprints and sits cleanly in light-toned, Scandinavian, and clinical interiors. The silicone gooseneck provides enough resistance to stay in position under the weight of the LED head without requiring a locking joint or tightening mechanism. The IP20 rating confirms indoor-only use.

Frequently Asked

Can the arm be adjusted after installation?

Yes. The 185mm silicone gooseneck arm bends freely to direct the LED head towards your reading position, and holds that position once set. The arm does not require tightening or locking.

Is the Crown dimmable?

No. The integrated LED operates at a fixed output and is not compatible with dimmer switches. The LED output is designed to provide focused reading light rather than variable ambient lighting.

What is the light output and beam angle?

The Crown uses a 3W integrated LED with a colour temperature of 3000K, casting warm white light in a narrow beam. The exact lumen output and beam angle are not specified, but the fitting is designed for task and reading light rather than wide-area illumination.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

No. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only.
