Description

The Cristal is a 450mm diameter flush ceiling light combining a polished chrome circular frame with a textured crystal-effect diffuser and an integrated 21W LED delivering 2100 lumens at 4000K cool white. The fitting sits 80mm below the ceiling, making it suitable for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.3m or above where a low-profile design is needed.

Designed for hallways, landings, bedrooms and bathrooms (check IP rating before installation in zones 1-2), the Cristal provides general ambient lighting through a frosted centre panel embedded with clear crystal-style buttons that scatter the LED light into soft glints and reflections. The polished chrome outer ring acts as a reflective border, amplifying the light output across the ceiling plane and adding a mirrored accent to the fixture.

The 4000K colour temperature produces a neutral cool white tone that sits between the warmer yellow of 3000K and the clinical brightness of daylight white, making it compatible with both contemporary and traditional interiors. The 120-degree beam angle distributes light evenly across a room of up to 12-15 square metres without creating harsh shadows or dark corners. At 4.9kg, the fitting requires secure mounting to a ceiling joist or ceiling rose capable of supporting its weight.

The non-dimmable LED is rated at 21W on 220-240V mains and cannot be replaced — when the LED reaches end of life after approximately 20,000-25,000 hours, the entire fitting requires replacement. Mantra provides a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
