Description
The Creek is a 268mm angled outdoor LED wall light with a matt black aluminium frame surrounding a rectangular white light panel. The light source is an integrated 20W LED delivering 1600 lumens across a 120° beam angle, with a three-way CCT switch on the fitting allowing the user to select between 2700K extra warm white, 3300K warm white, or 4000K cool white colour temperature.
Designed for exterior walls on residential, commercial and hospitality buildings, the Creek suits porch areas, building entrances, courtyard perimeter walls, and architectural accent lighting where the angled profile adds visual interest beyond a flat panel. The angled top face of the frame slopes away from the wall at approximately 30°, giving the fitting a three-dimensional profile when viewed from below or the side. The IP65 rating protects the LED and driver against rain, dust and moisture ingress, making the fitting suitable for fully exposed locations.
The matt black powder-coated aluminium finish provides corrosion resistance in coastal and urban environments while maintaining a low-sheen appearance that doesn't show fingerprints or water marks as readily as gloss finishes. The 87mm projection from the wall keeps the fitting close to the building facade without creating an obstruction hazard on narrow pathways. At 0.36kg, the Creek is light enough to mount on most exterior wall substrates including brick, block, render and timber cladding using the supplied fixings.
The CCT switch is accessed via a small panel on the back of the fitting during installation, allowing the colour temperature to be set before the fitting goes live. Once selected, the colour temperature remains fixed unless manually changed — the switch is not designed for regular adjustment by end users. The 1600lm output from a 20W LED provides functional task lighting at entrance points while remaining energy-efficient compared to halogen or CFL equivalents.

Frequently Asked
Can the colour temperature be changed after installation?
The CCT switch is accessible via a panel on the back of the fitting, so changing colour temperature after installation requires removing the light from the wall or accessing the rear panel. The switch is intended to be set once during installation rather than adjusted regularly.
Is this suitable for coastal locations?
The IP65 rating and powder-coated aluminium construction provide good resistance to moisture and salt spray, making the Creek suitable for coastal environments. Regular cleaning to remove salt deposits will help maintain the finish over time.
What mounting surface is required?
The Creek mounts to most solid exterior wall substrates including brick, block, render and timber cladding. The 0.36kg weight requires two fixings minimum, and the supplied fixings suit masonry — alternative fixings may be needed for timber or metal cladding.
Does the angled design affect light distribution?
The angled top face is a design feature of the frame rather than the light source itself. The 120° beam angle remains consistent regardless of the angle, providing wide horizontal and downward light spread typical of wall-mounted outdoor lights.
