Description

The Cosmo is a 98cm linear pendant light with an integrated 39W 3000K LED running through a black metal frame punctuated by clear glass spheres. The frame suspends from a black cylindrical canopy on an adjustable cable, with a drop that can be set between 47.5cm and 137.5cm depending on ceiling height and the surface the light is positioned above.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and office meeting tables, the Cosmo provides both ambient and task lighting from a single fitting. The clear glass spheres act as diffusers along the length of the bar, softening the LED output while the tubular sections between them emit direct light. The 3000K colour temperature produces warm white light that suits residential and hospitality interiors. The 16cm width keeps the profile narrow enough not to obstruct sightlines across a table.

The integrated LED runs on 220-240V AC mains power. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer module used. Please contact us before pairing with a dimmer switch to confirm compatibility with the Maytoni LED driver in this fitting.

What table length does it suit?

At 98cm length, the Cosmo works best over tables or islands between 1.2m and 1.8m long. For longer surfaces, consider positioning two Cosmo fittings in sequence or choosing a longer linear light from the Maytoni range.

Can the suspension height be adjusted after installation?

The cable length is set during installation and should be adjusted before the canopy is fixed to the ceiling. The fitting can be set anywhere between the minimum 47.5cm and maximum 137.5cm drop. Once installed, changing the height requires partial disassembly.

What does the IP20 rating mean?

IP20 indicates the fitting has no water resistance and is designed for dry indoor use only. It is not suitable for bathrooms, outdoor spaces or any location where moisture or dust ingress could occur.
