Description

The Cordillera is a single-light outdoor wall light built around a seeded glass cylinder held within a black powder-coated steel frame. The glass sits vertically between horizontal metal rings at top and bottom, with the frame projecting 180mm from the wall on a rectangular back plate. A single E27 bulb fitting (bulb sold separately) sits inside the glass, with the seeded texture diffusing light while maintaining visibility of the filament or LED element.

Designed for covered porches, front door surrounds, garage walls and patio areas with overhead protection, the Cordillera carries an IP44 rating for splash resistance but is not rated for full weather exposure without a roof or overhang above it. The 508mm height gives the fitting presence on larger wall sections without overwhelming typical residential door frames. The E27 socket accepts LED, halogen or filament bulbs up to 60W, allowing users to choose the colour temperature and bulb style that suits their outdoor scheme.

The black powder-coated finish covers both the frame and mounting plate, providing corrosion resistance in coastal and high-humidity environments. The seeded glass has an irregular bubble texture pressed into the surface during manufacture, creating a rippled optical effect when the bulb is lit and breaking up glare from brighter LED sources. The frame's open rectangular geometry means the glass cylinder is visible from the side as well as the front, giving the fitting a three-dimensional appearance when mounted on corner walls or angled surfaces.
