The Colmeal is a linear LED pendant light in a brushed brass finish, made from steel and aluminium, with two slim bars that twist gently along their length and hang one above the other. It is 76cm long, 9cm wide and 120cm high overall, a long, narrow shape that reads clearly without taking over the ceiling. The light source is integrated LED with a white plastic shade, giving 2,500 lumens of warm white light at 3000K from 21W. With an IP20 rating it belongs indoors in a dry room, never a bathroom or a porch.

A long, narrow pendant like this is made for hanging above a dining table, a kitchen island or a sideboard, where its 76cm length follows the line of the surface and spreads light along it rather than leaving one bright spot in the middle. The brushed brass sits happily with warm wood, dark painted walls and grey upholstery, and the open, twisting bars keep the outline airy, so it never feels heavy in a smaller dining room.
