Colette LED Wall Light 13W 3000K - Rose Gold

The Colette is a 50cm LED wall light built from two elongated oval rings in brushed rose gold, each housing integrated 13W LEDs behind opal silicone diffusers. The rings sit offset from a central circular backplate, creating a symmetrical composition that can be mounted vertically or horizontally depending on the wall space and desired effect.

Designed for hallways, bathrooms (IP20 rating limits use to zones 3 and outside bathroom zones), living rooms and bedrooms, the Colette provides ambient rather than task lighting. The 3000K warm white LEDs cast soft illumination through the opal diffusers, reducing glare while the rose gold finish adds a warm metallic accent to the wall. The horizontal mount works well above a console table or flanking a headboard; vertical mount suits narrow wall sections beside mirrors or doorways.

The rose gold finish is a brushed copper-toned metal that sits warmer than standard gold and softer than polished copper, pairing with blush pinks, warm greys, marble and brass fixtures without clashing. The dual-oval geometry gives the fitting a 50cm presence on the wall while keeping depth to just 8cm from the surface, so it sits close to the wall without projecting far into the room. At 0.65kg the fitting mounts securely on plasterboard with standard cavity fixings.

Schuller manufactures the Colette in Spain. The integrated LEDs are non-replaceable but carry a typical 25,000-hour lifespan at 3000K output, equivalent to approximately 11 years of use at 6 hours per day. The opal diffusers are removable for cleaning with a dry microfibre cloth.

Can this be mounted vertically or horizontally?

Yes. The Colette mounts in either orientation depending on the wall space and desired effect. Horizontal mounting works above console tables or headboards; vertical mounting suits narrow wall sections beside mirrors or doorways.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

The IP20 rating limits use to bathroom zone 3 (more than 2.25m from a bath or shower) or outside bathroom zones entirely. It is not rated for use directly above or beside baths or shower enclosures.

Are the LEDs replaceable?

No. The LEDs are integrated into the fitting and not user-replaceable. They carry a typical 25,000-hour lifespan at 3000K, equivalent to approximately 11 years of use at 6 hours per day.

How is the rose gold finish cleaned?

Wipe the brushed rose gold surface with a dry microfibre cloth. For fingerprints or smudges, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the metal and do not use abrasive cleaners or polishes which may scratch the brushed finish.
