Description

The Cobh is a modern brass pull handle for cabinet doors and drawers, shaped as a clean U with a square section. Its straight grip sits on two square legs with crisp, sharp corners, so it reads as one simple line against a door front rather than a fussy piece of hardware. It is 13cm in height, 1cm wide and 4.5cm deep. We sell it in four finishes, Satin Brass, Antique Brass, Antique Silver and Polished Brass, so you can choose the one that sits best with the lighting and other metalwork in your room.

As a cabinet handle, the Cobh belongs on kitchen units, wardrobes, dressers, sideboards and chests of drawers, anywhere a plain modern pull looks right. Its square profile suits flat slab doors and framed fronts alike. Antique Silver sits comfortably beside chrome, nickel and steel, while the three brass finishes pair well with brass lighting and warmer woods. It is an indoor handle, made for the furniture and cabinetry inside your home. Because the shape is so simple, a run of matching handles across a whole bank of units keeps a room looking calm and orderly.

Every Cobh handle is made in Ireland from brass, whichever of the four finishes you choose, so the colour is a choice of look rather than of material. The maker guarantees the fittings it makes for five years from the date of purchase. Before you order, hold a tape measure against your doors and drawers to check that a handle 13cm in height suits the fronts you have in mind, then settle on one finish for the whole room. With a single shape in four finishes, it is easy to keep every pull in a kitchen or bedroom consistent. Our photographs show the Satin Brass finish.
