Class 10 Light Round Glass & Crystal Cluster Pendant Light - Chrome & White

The Class is a 450mm round cluster pendant light with ten G4 halogen bulbs suspended inside handcrafted clear glass loops filled with white resin, hanging from a polished chrome circular canopy. Asfour cut crystal spheres and faceted black crystal beads are threaded onto the suspension cables between the glass elements, creating multiple layers of reflection as light passes through the glass, resin and crystal.

Designed for dining rooms, hallways and living rooms with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above, the Class works as a central focal point where the layered glass and crystal elements are viewed from multiple angles. The 1m drop positions the cluster 1.6-1.8m above floor level in a standard 2.7m ceiling height room, low enough to create visual presence without obstructing sightlines across the space. The ten G4 bulbs are included and replaceable.

Each of the ten glass loops is hand-formed and filled with white resin that diffuses the halogen light while the clear glass outer surface remains transparent. The combination creates a soft core glow with sharper reflections from the crystal spheres and the polished chrome metalwork. The 8.5kg weight requires secure ceiling fixing into a joist or appropriate ceiling anchor rated for the load. The fitting is dimmable when paired with a trailing-edge dimmer compatible with G4 halogen loads.

Is the Class dimmable?

Yes. The ten G4 halogen bulbs are dimmable when paired with a trailing-edge dimmer designed for halogen loads. A leading-edge dimmer may cause flickering or buzzing. The fitting is not compatible with LED or CFL G4 bulbs.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 1m drop works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above. In a standard 2.7m ceiling height room, the lowest point of the cluster sits approximately 1.7m above floor level, clear of head height in circulation zones.

Are the bulbs replaceable?

Yes. The fitting takes ten G4 halogen capsule bulbs up to 20W each. Bulbs are included on delivery and are standard G4 bi-pin halogen capsules, available from most lighting retailers when replacements are needed.

How is the fitting installed?

The 8.5kg weight requires secure ceiling fixing into a joist or a ceiling anchor rated for the load. The polished chrome canopy conceals the ceiling rose and the suspension cables are pre-threaded with the glass and crystal elements during manufacture, so the main assembly task is securing the canopy and making the electrical connection.
