The Clarion is a 40mm diameter recessed LED downlight with an integrated 5W LED producing 3000K warm white light and CRI90 colour rendering. The white metal trim sits flush with the ceiling surface once the fitting is recessed into the cut-out, leaving a minimal visible profile.

Designed for dry interior spaces including living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and kitchens, the Clarion provides focused task and accent lighting without the visual bulk of surface-mounted fittings. The 40mm aperture makes it one of the smaller recessed downlights in the Ideal Lux range, suited to areas where ceiling void depth is limited or where multiple downlights need to be spaced closely without overlapping cut-outs. The IP20 rating confirms it for standard dry room use only, not bathrooms or wet zones.

The CRI90 rating means the light source renders colours more accurately than standard CRI80 LEDs, which matters in spaces where accurate colour judgment is needed — wardrobes, art display walls, kitchen worktops.
