The Cipresso is a 75cm table lamp built around an asymmetric gold-finished metal frame that curves up from a circular base to support a cylindrical frosted glass shade. Two curved metal blades flank the central glass cylinder, creating an off-centre composition that reads as sculptural when viewed from different angles. The lamp takes a single E14 bulb up to 40W (sold separately) which lights the frosted glass from within.

Designed for side tables, console tables and bedside use, the Cipresso works in rooms where a mid-height accent light is needed without ceiling wiring. The 20cm base diameter keeps the footprint compact on narrow console tables or nightstands, while the 75cm height brings the light source level with a seated eye line when placed on a low coffee table. The frosted glass diffuses the bulb to reduce glare, making it suitable for close-range tasks like bedside reading when paired with a higher-wattage LED.

The lamp takes a single E14 small Edison screw bulb up to 40W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K for ambient or task lighting.

Is the lamp dimmable?

Dimming depends on the bulb you choose. If you fit a dimmable E14 LED and connect the lamp to a compatible dimmer switch or plug-in dimmer module, the light output can be adjusted. The lamp itself has no built-in dimming function.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the lamp is suitable for dry indoor rooms only. It is not protected against moisture and should not be used in bathrooms, kitchens near sinks, or any damp environment.

How is the gold finish maintained?

Wipe the metal frame with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For fingerprints or light marks, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water, then dry immediately. Avoid household cleaners, polishes or abrasive materials that can damage the finish.
