Description

The Cinto is a 1750mm floor lamp built around an antique brass framework of curved loops and arcs that rise from a 220mm x 175mm rectangular base. An integrated 20W LED module sits at the peak of the vertical column, casting 1600 lumens of 3000K warm white light downwards through the brass structure. An inline floor dimmer fitted to the cable allows the brightness to be adjusted from full output to a low glow.

Designed for living rooms, reading corners and bedside positions where uplift ambient light is needed without a ceiling fitting, the Cinto provides a decorative framework as well as functional illumination. The looped brass structure diffuses and reflects the downward light, turning the entire metal frame into a secondary light source rather than creating a single directional beam. The rectangular base footprint means the lamp can sit close to walls or in corners without requiring the clearance a circular base demands.

The antique brass finish is achieved through a chemical treatment that darkens standard brass with a tarnished patina, giving the metal a warmer, less reflective tone than polished or brushed brass. This finish sits comfortably in both traditional interiors and contemporary spaces using warm-toned metals. At 3.17kg the lamp has enough weight to remain stable on carpets and rugs without needing to be fixed to the floor, and the dimmer switch sits approximately 1m up the cable for convenient access from a seated position.

No. The Cinto uses an integrated 20W LED module built into the lamp structure. The LED is rated for 25,000+ hours of use, equivalent to approximately 11 years at 6 hours per day. When the LED eventually fails, the entire lamp would need replacing.

How does the inline dimmer work?

The dimmer is a rotary switch built into the mains cable approximately 1m from the base. Rotate the dial clockwise to increase brightness, anti-clockwise to reduce. The dimmer is compatible with the integrated LED and does not require additional dimmer switches or controllers.

What rooms suit the Cinto?
