Celsa 4 Light Crystal Flush Ceiling Light - Dark Brown Faux Leather

The Celsa is a 450mm flush ceiling light built around a dark brown faux leather drum wrapped with a band of faceted clear crystal and capped by a frosted white glass diffuser. Four E14 bulbs (sold separately) sit inside the drum, shining through both the crystal and the glass to cast layered ambient light across the room.

Designed for bedrooms, lounges and hallways with ceiling heights between 2.2m and 2.6m, the Celsa sits 200mm below the ceiling and provides ambient rather than task lighting. The faux leather finish softens the reflective quality of the crystal, giving the fitting a warmer presence than an all-metal or all-glass flush light. The frosted glass diffuser prevents direct bulb glare and evens out light distribution across the ceiling and upper walls.

The crystal is cut in a pyramid facet pattern and catches both natural daylight and artificial light from within the fitting, introducing sparkle without relying on the crystal alone to define the design. The dark brown faux leather drum contrasts with the polished chrome canopy and provides a tailored edge that pairs comfortably with mid-tone wood furniture, warm greys and both contemporary and transitional interior schemes. At 4.7kg the fitting has enough weight to feel substantial without requiring reinforced ceiling fixings.

Is the Celsa dimmable?

Yes, when fitted with dimmable E14 bulbs and paired with a compatible dimmer switch. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model and the bulb type used. Most modern LED dimmers rated for low wattage will work with LED E14 bulbs in this fitting.

What bulbs does it take?

The Celsa takes four E14 (small Edison screw) bulbs up to 60W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users fit 4-6W warm-white LED bulbs at 2700K-3000K for bedroom or lounge ambient lighting.

Is it suitable for low ceilings?

Yes. The 200mm projection from the ceiling makes the Celsa appropriate for rooms with ceiling heights between 2.2m and 2.6m. In lower-ceilinged rooms the fitting provides ambient light without dominating the vertical space.

How is the faux leather maintained?

Wipe the faux leather drum gently with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth is acceptable, but avoid soaking the material. The crystal can be cleaned with a glass cleaner applied to a cloth, not sprayed directly onto the fitting.
