Description

The Cell is an outdoor wall light with an integrated PIR motion sensor mounted on the backplate. The graphite-finished aluminium frame forms a rectangular cage around a single E27 bulb fitting (bulb sold separately), with the light directed upward through a transparent polycarbonate diffuser. The sensor activates the light when movement is detected within its detection zone, typically 8-12m depending on mounting height and angle.

Designed for entrance porches, garage walls, driveways and side passages where security lighting is needed, the Cell combines motion-activated function with a modern cage aesthetic. The upward light projection highlights wall surfaces and eaves above the fitting rather than casting direct glare at eye level, which suits contemporary flat-roofed extensions, rendered facades and brick elevations. The IP65 rating protects internal components against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction, making the fitting suitable for exposed positions.

The aluminium frame measures 31cm high by 20.2cm long by 11.5cm deep, giving the fitting a defined presence on the wall without overwhelming narrow side passages. The graphite finish is a dark grey-black powder coat that weathers consistently in UK coastal and urban environments.
