Description

The Casa is a 3-light chandelier built around a hand-forged black wrought iron frame with twisted rope-style arms and scrolled metalwork. Three clear seeded glass cylinders sit on individual candle cups, each housing an E27 bulb (sold separately). The seeded glass diffuses direct lamp glare while allowing the bulb filament to remain visible through the air bubbles and texture in the glass.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and living spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Casa provides both functional and decorative lighting across a table or seating area. The 422mm diameter fits comfortably over a 1.2-1.6m dining table without overwhelming the space. The adjustable drop ranges from 565mm to 2127mm, allowing the chandelier to be set 700-900mm above a dining surface or lowered further in double-height entrance halls. The black finish on the wrought iron pairs with both warm-toned wood interiors and cooler neutrals.

Each arm terminates in a hand-forged scroll that curves back towards the central column, giving the chandelier a traditional Spanish or Mediterranean character without adding excessive width. The twisted rope detail on the vertical stem and suspension chain adds visual texture that catches ambient light. The combined wrought iron and glass construction gives the fitting weight and presence — this is not a lightweight decorative piece but a substantial metal chandelier suited to period properties, rustic interiors and spaces with exposed beams or stone walls.

The chandelier uses three E27 (Edison screw) bulbs up to 60W each, sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED filament bulbs at 6-8W and 2700K to complement the seeded glass and wrought iron finish.

What table size does it suit?

The 422mm diameter works best over dining tables between 1.2m and 1.6m in length. The chandelier should be centred over the table and hung 700-900mm above the surface to provide even light distribution without obstructing sightlines across the table.

Can the drop height be adjusted after installation?

The drop is set during installation by adjusting the chain length. The 1524mm chain allows drops from 565mm (minimum) to 2127mm (maximum). Once installed, the chain would need to be re-adjusted at the ceiling rose to change the height.

Is the chandelier dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulbs used. LED filament bulbs marked as dimmable will work with standard leading-edge or trailing-edge dimmers. Check the bulb packaging before purchasing if dimming is required.
