The Carson is a 470mm spherical outdoor chandelier built from overlapping curved metal bands in a vintage iron finish, with three clear seedy glass cylinder shades at the centre. Each shade houses an E14 candle bulb (sold separately, max 40W per socket), and the seeded texture in the glass diffuses the light while retaining the filament silhouette for decorative effect when lit.

Designed for covered outdoor spaces — porches, pergolas, covered patios, exterior entrance halls — the Carson carries an IP44 rating, protecting against splashing water and solid objects down to 1mm. The chandelier is not suitable for fully exposed positions under direct rainfall. The 470mm sphere suits porch areas between 2.5-3.5m wide, and the adjustable drop from 703mm to 1316mm allows the fitting to be set at the correct height above furniture or entryway floors during installation. The chain conceals the cable run and the canopy fits standard UK ceiling roses.
