Description

The Caprecano is a six-light cluster pendant that hangs from a round white ceiling plate. Three small white ball shades and three clear glass globes drop to different heights beneath it. The body is white steel and the globes are transparent glass, so the cluster looks light and airy rather than heavy. Overall it stands 180cm high and measures 49cm in diameter. The light comes from integrated LEDs giving 370lm, so there are no bulbs to buy or change. It is rated IP20, which means it belongs indoors in a dry room.

Hung over a dining table, in a hallway or in the centre of a living room, the mixed shades give a playful, staggered look that works well under higher ceilings. Because the height adjusts by hand, you can keep the cluster high in a room with a lower ceiling or let it fall long where there is height to fill. White steel and clear glass sit easily with pale walls, warm timber or stone. The pendant suits anyone who wants a light that feels bright without dominating the room.

A remote control comes in the box and takes a CR2032 battery. With it you can dim the light and adjust the colour temperature, moving between a brighter, cooler white for reading and a softer, warmer glow for the evening, all without leaving the sofa. The steel body is finished in white, a colour that keeps the ceiling plate quiet against most ceilings. The pendant weighs 6.842KG packed, and as a light wired into the ceiling it is installed by a qualified electrician. The installation instructions come as a download.
