Cambridge 3 Light Tiffany Pendant - Vintage Bronze

The Cambridge is a 408mm Tiffany-style pendant light with a hand-assembled stained glass shade suspended on three chains from a vintage bronze canopy. The shade is built from individual pieces of amber, burnt orange and green glass arranged in an Art Nouveau leaf-and-vine pattern around a bronze-finished metal framework. Three E27 bulbs inside the inverted bowl diffuse light through the coloured glass, casting warm tones across walls and ceilings.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and living areas with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Cambridge provides both ambient and decorative function. The 1219mm chain can be adjusted during installation to set the pendant anywhere between 883mm minimum drop and 2167mm maximum drop, allowing it to be positioned 700-800mm above a dining table or higher for hallway use. The vintage bronze finish on the metalwork and canopy ties the coloured glass panels together and pairs well with oak furniture, warm-toned walls and traditional or transitional interiors.

Each Cambridge shade is hand-assembled from individually cut glass pieces, so the exact placement of colour transitions and the intensity of amber and orange tones vary between units. The stained glass technique originated in late-19th-century Tiffany Studios work and this Quoizel interpretation uses the same copper-foil assembly method to hold the glass in place. The combined glass and metal frame give the pendant a solid presence when installed, and the three-chain suspension balances the weight evenly across the canopy mounting point.

What bulbs does the Cambridge take?

The pendant takes three E27 (Edison screw) bulbs up to 60W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED bulbs between 6-8W and 2700K to complement the amber and orange glass tones.

Can the drop height be adjusted after installation?

The chain length is set during installation and cannot be easily adjusted afterwards without taking the pendant down and re-threading the chain. The 1219mm chain allows positioning between 883mm and 2167mm drop from the ceiling.
