Cala 14 Light LED Cluster Pendant Light 84W 3000K - Multicoloured

The Cala is a 14-light LED cluster pendant with cylindrical metal tubes in four finishes, sand black, sand white, gold and rust brown, suspended from a 600mm circular canopy. Each tube houses an integrated 6W 3000K LED that directs light downward through the open base, casting defined pools of warm white light below while leaving the tubes themselves as dark sculptural elements against the ceiling.

Designed for double-height entrance halls, stairwells above 3m, and large dining or living rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or higher, the Cala uses its vertical drops to fill vertical space without requiring wide horizontal spread. The 2500mm maximum drop is adjustable on installation, allowing the cluster to be set between 540mm and 2500mm depending on the room height and the intended visual effect. The mixed finishes create rhythm across the group without relying on symmetry. No two adjacent tubes share the same colour.

The sand-textured finishes on the black and white tubes absorb rather than reflect light, giving a matt surface that contrasts with the metallic sheen of the gold and rust brown tubes. Combined output is 5880 lumens across the 14 tubes, sufficient to act as primary lighting in rooms up to 25-30m² or as feature lighting in larger spaces paired with recessed downlights. The 9.5kg total weight requires a secure ceiling fixing capable of supporting at least 15kg, and the 600mm canopy diameter needs clear ceiling space without obstructions from joists or services.

Is the Cala dimmable?

No. The integrated LEDs run at a fixed output of 84W total (6W per tube) and are not compatible with dimmer switches.

What ceiling height is needed?

The drop is adjustable between 540mm and 2500mm. For typical domestic installation above a dining table or in an entrance hall, ceiling heights of 2.7m or above work best. Stairwells and double-height spaces suit the longer drop settings.

Can individual tubes be removed or rearranged?

The 14 tubes are factory-wired to the canopy in a fixed configuration. Individual tubes cannot be removed or rearranged without re-wiring, which would void the warranty.

What fixing does the ceiling need?

The pendant weighs 9.5kg and requires a ceiling fixing rated for at least 15kg. The 600mm canopy diameter needs a clear area on the ceiling without obstructions from joists, lighting roses or recessed fittings within that footprint.
