The Cabaret is a 126.5cm brass floor lamp built around a curved brass-finished metal column that extends forward from a weighted circular base, suspending a clear glass shade over the floor at an angle. An integrated 8W LED inside the shade provides 3000K warm white light directed downwards, making the lamp function as task lighting rather than ambient. Designed by French designer Pierre Gonalons for Maytoni, the curved form references the fluid movement of cabaret dance.

The lamp suits reading corners next to armchairs, side-of-sofa positions where a surface table is not available, and home offices needing directed light without drilling for ceiling fittings. The 28cm width and 44.5cm forward projection mean the lamp head extends over a book or laptop held in your lap when seated, placing the light source directly above the work surface.
