Description

The Byron is a 305mm outdoor wall lantern built around a graphite powder-coated metal frame with clear bevelled glass panels on four sides and a grey reflector plate behind the E27 bulb fitting. The lantern mounts to an external wall via a rectangular backplate and projects 152mm from the wall surface when fitted. The IP44 rating protects the electrical components against splashes from any direction, making it suitable for covered porches, side entrances, garage walls and garden feature walls where direct rain exposure is limited.

The grey reflector plate sits behind the bulb, directing light forward through the glass and casting a soft secondary glow onto the wall behind the fitting. This creates a layered lighting effect that works well for side entrances, porch doorways and garden pathways where both forward illumination and wall wash are useful. The compact 165mm width suits smaller wall spaces and pairs comfortably with other Byron fittings in Quoizel's outdoor range without dominating the wall plane.
