Description

This cream ceramic photo frame gives a favourite square picture a pretty border of little flowers and a soft pink wavy edge. Spires of blue blooms, small orange flowers, blush tulips and a single red tulip sit on fine green stems across the cream face, spaced so every side has something to catch the eye. Along the bottom, the words "where love grows" are printed in a gentle grey. It takes a 4 x 4in print and measures 15cm high, 15cm wide and 1cm deep, a compact square that keeps the focus on your photograph.

The square format suits close-up portraits, small family snapshots and square prints, and the frame is compact enough to sit neatly on a bedside table, a desk, a dressing table or a narrow shelf where a bigger frame would crowd the space. The printed words make it a natural home for a family photograph, a picture of a garden in full flower or a favourite moment shared with someone close. We find cream and pink easy colours to live with, so it looks at home in a bedroom, a hallway, a living room or a study, and the scattering of flowers brings a touch of spring to any corner all year round.

The frame is made from ceramic with a smooth, glossy face and a pink rim that follows the wavy outline. Your picture goes in from the back behind a black backing panel, and a hinged stand folds out so the frame stands upright on its own, with no wall or nails needed. Care is simple: dust it with a soft dry cloth, or wipe the ceramic with a damp cloth, keeping moisture away from the photograph. Slip a picture in before you wrap it and you have a ready-made present, or set it beside a small jug of fresh flowers so the blooms on the frame have real company.
