Description

The Brimora is a brass picture light, made to light a painting, print or photograph hung on your wall. A long tubular hood, 35.5cm in length, sits on a slender swan-neck arm that rises from a round backplate, holding the hood forward of the wall over the frame. It is 14cm tall and reaches 26cm out from the wall. It takes two G9 bulbs, which are sold separately, at up to 6.5W per bulb, so you can pick the bulbs that suit the picture you are lighting.

A picture light belongs wherever the walls carry something worth looking at, and the Brimora suits a living room, a dining room or a bedroom equally well. Use it over a framed painting by the sofa, a favourite print in the dining room, or a photograph over the bed. It comes in Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Black, Matt Black, Matt White, White, Polished Brass and Satin Brass, so you can choose the finish that sits best with the frame, the wall colour or the other metalwork in the room. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only.

Every Brimora is made from brass and made to order for you in Ireland. The Black, Matt Black, Matt White and White finishes are painted to RAL colours, Black and Matt Black to RAL 9005, Matt White to RAL 9016 and White to RAL 9010, which helps if you are matching other painted pieces or woodwork. The maker guarantees the fittings it makes for five years from the date of purchase; bulbs are not covered. As a mains wall light, it is for a qualified electrician to install, wired in to the mains, so it is worth deciding which picture it will light before you book the work. Our photographs show the Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Black, Matt Black, Matt White, Polished Brass, Satin Brass and White finishes.
