Description

The Brillis is a 300mm-wide crystal wall light from Ideal Lux that combines ambient and task lighting in a single fitting. Two E14 bulbs sit behind a white fabric drum shade, casting diffused light through the material while illuminating a cascade of faceted crystal droplets suspended below the shade. An articulated LED reading light extends from the base of the fitting on a flexible arm, providing directed task light independent of the main ambient source.

Designed for bedside use in hotels and residential bedrooms, the Brillis provides overhead ambient light for the room and a separate adjustable reading light that can be angled towards a pillow or book without disturbing a partner. The wall plate projection of 350mm positions the shade and crystals clear of the wall surface, while the LED reading arm extends a further 100-150mm depending on adjustment. The IP20 rating confirms indoor-only use in dry locations.

The white fabric shade softens the light from the two E14 bulbs (sold separately, max 40W each), while the crystal droplets add decorative detail and refract ambient light across the bedroom wall. The reading light uses an integrated 3000K LED, providing warm white task light controlled by a pull-cord switch separate from the main light circuit.
