Description

The Brillia 3-phase track end power input is a right-hand feed connector that brings mains power into Ideal Lux Brillia track lighting systems with integrated 1-10V dimming control. Finished in white thermoplastic, it measures 140mm along the track with a 58mm projection and 37mm height once mounted. The power input connects to the right-hand end of the track run and houses the live, neutral and earth connections alongside the three-phase circuit conductors and the separate 1-10V dimming wires.

Designed for commercial retail, office and hospitality installations where zoned dimming control across multiple track runs is required, the right-hand orientation allows the mains feed to enter from the right side of the track while leaving the left end open for extensions or left-hand termination caps. The 1-10V dimming protocol means the track can be connected to compatible LED drivers on spotlights and pendant adaptors, with a single low-voltage control signal adjusting light output across all connected fittings simultaneously.

The white finish matches standard Brillia track sections and ceiling-mounted housings, maintaining a consistent appearance across the full run. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor environments including shops, galleries, showrooms and domestic interiors where track lighting provides accent or task illumination. The thermoplastic body houses brass contact pins that slot into the corresponding conductors inside the Brillia track channel, with a single fixing screw securing the input to the track end.

Frequently Asked

What is 1-10V dimming?

1-10V is a low-voltage dimming protocol where a control signal between 1 volt (minimum brightness) and 10 volts (maximum brightness) adjusts the light output of compatible LED drivers. The mains power remains at full voltage while the separate control wires carry the dimming signal, allowing multiple fittings on the same track to be dimmed together from a single controller.

Can I use this on a left-hand track end?

No. This is a right-hand feed, meaning it's designed to connect mains power entering from the right side of the track. For left-hand installations, a left-hand power input is required. Using the wrong orientation will not align the connector pins with the track conductors.

Is this compatible with all Ideal Lux track?

This power input is designed specifically for the Ideal Lux Brillia 3-phase track system. It will not fit other Ideal Lux track ranges or third-party track systems, as the conductor spacing, pin configuration and mounting method are specific to Brillia.

What does IP20 mean for installation?

IP20 provides basic protection against solid objects larger than 12.5mm but offers no moisture protection. This component is suitable for dry indoor locations only and should not be installed in bathrooms, wet rooms, outdoor areas or any space where water contact is possible.
