Description

The Brillia end cap is a 35mm matt black plastic terminator designed to close off the open end of a 3-phase track lighting rail. It clips onto the track profile to conceal exposed electrical terminals and provide a clean finished edge where the track run ends at a wall, ceiling edge or mid-ceiling termination point.

Designed for use with Ideal Lux's Brillia 3-phase track system, the end cap prevents accidental contact with live track conductors and stops dust ingress into the track channel. Installation requires no tools — the cap pushes onto the track end and locks into place via internal spring clips. The 36mm projection covers the full depth of the track profile, sitting flush with the front face of the rail.

The matt black finish matches standard black track rail and provides a discreet termination point that recedes visually against dark ceilings or walls. The plastic construction keeps the component lightweight (under 10g) and electrically insulating, adding no load to ceiling fixings. Ideal Lux backs the Brillia track system and its accessories with a 5-year warranty.

Which track systems is this compatible with?

This end cap is designed specifically for Ideal Lux's Brillia 3-phase track lighting system. It will not fit single-circuit track or other manufacturers' track profiles without modification.

How is it fitted?

The end cap pushes onto the open end of the track rail and locks into place via internal spring clips. No tools or screws are required. Ensure power to the track is isolated before fitting.

Can it be removed and refitted?

Yes. The spring clip mechanism allows the cap to be removed by hand if the track configuration changes or the cap needs replacing. It can be refitted to the same or a different track end multiple times.
