Description

The Brillia 3-phase L-connector joins two sections of track lighting at a 90-degree left-hand corner, maintaining electrical continuity across all three phases through the turn. The connector housing is moulded from white ABS plastic with brass contact plates visible in the image, designed to fit Ideal Lux 3-phase track systems and compatible third-party tracks using the same rail profile.

Used in retail, gallery and residential track installations where the lighting run needs to turn a corner rather than terminate and restart, the L-connector eliminates the need for separate power feeds to each track section. The 1-10V dimming compatibility allows the connected track system to be controlled by commercial dimming systems common in shopfitting and hospitality projects. The 120mm x 120mm footprint means the connector sits flush with standard track widths and projects 35mm below ceiling level when surface-mounted.

The white finish matches Ideal Lux white track and blends into white or light-toned ceilings, making the connector less visually dominant than black or metallic alternatives. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor locations — this is not suitable for bathrooms, kitchens near hob areas, or outdoor canopies. Installation requires the track sections to slot into opposing sides of the connector housing, with the brass contacts engaging the track rails to complete the circuit.
