Description

The Briller is a 31cm-tall LED table lamp with a 45cm-diameter ring shade densely packed with clear acrylic spheres, mounted on an open white metal frame. An integrated 60W 3000K LED at the centre of the shade casts warm light that scatters through the spheres, throwing soft, broken reflections onto the surrounding surface.

Suited to console tables, sideboards and larger bedside tables, the Briller works as decorative ambient lighting rather than focused task light. The 45cm shade diameter means it needs a surface of at least 50cm depth to sit comfortably, and the open white frame keeps the visual weight low so the shade reads as the dominant element. The integrated LED removes the need to source a separate bulb.

The clear acrylic spheres are arranged in a tight cluster around the central diffuser, refracting the LED behind them and giving the shade a textured, jewel-like surface when lit. Unlit, the shade reads as a transparent ring with a soft glassy quality. The white powder-coated metal frame and base provide a stable footprint, and the contrast between the clear shade and white frame keeps the lamp visually light despite the substantial 45cm diameter.
