Description
The Briller is a 45cm-diameter table lamp built around a halo-shaped shade densely studded with amber acrylic spheres, mounted on a slim gold tripod base with a circular foot ring. An integrated 60W 3000K LED sits inside the inner diffuser, throwing warm light through the amber beads so the entire shade reads as a glowing band of gem-like droplets rather than a single light source.
The lamp suits console tables in entrance halls, sideboards in dining rooms and large hall tables where a low, wide silhouette works better than a tall column lamp. At 31cm tall and 45cm wide, the proportions are deliberately disc-like — the shade is the visual focus and the open tripod base recedes behind it. The integrated LED runs from a standard 230V mains supply via a plug-in cable.
The acrylic spheres are individually threaded onto a wire frame around an inner fabric diffuser, layering three deep on the outer edge so light refracts through multiple beads before leaving the shade. The amber colourway gives the lit lamp a honeyed warmth that pairs comfortably with brass, walnut and warm-toned upholstery, while the gold-finished metal base matches modern decorative schemes without competing with the shade itself.
Inspired by the silhouette of the well-known Caboche-style design, the Briller reinterprets the bead-cluster shade as a table lamp rather than a pendant, making the look accessible for rooms where a ceiling fitting isn't practical or where layered lighting is preferred over a single overhead source.

Frequently Asked
Does the Briller come with a bulb?
The lamp uses an integrated 60W LED rated at 3000K warm white, so no separate bulb is needed. The LED is built into the shade and is not user-replaceable in the same way a screw-in bulb would be.
Is it dimmable?
Dimmer compatibility depends on the dimmer model and the integrated LED driver. We recommend contacting us before pairing the Briller with an in-line or wall dimmer to confirm suitability for your specific setup.
What kind of light does it give off?
The amber acrylic spheres refract the 3000K LED into a warm, honey-toned glow rather than a directional task light. It works well as ambient or accent lighting on a console, sideboard or hallway table, but it isn't intended as a primary reading lamp.
Are the spheres glass or acrylic?
The spheres are amber-tinted acrylic threaded onto a wire frame around an inner diffuser. Acrylic keeps the weight of the shade manageable on the slim tripod base and is more impact-resistant than glass in a tabletop position.
