Description

The Briller is a 165cm floor lamp built around a 65cm circular shade dressed with dozens of amber acrylic spheres, mounted on a slim gold metal column that rises from a circular base. An integrated 15W 3000K LED sits at the centre of the shade, casting warm light that refracts through each acrylic sphere to produce a clustered, gem-like glow rather than a single direct beam.

Designed for living rooms, lounges, hotel lobbies and dining spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Briller works as ambient and decorative lighting in equal measure. The tall, narrow column footprint takes up little floor space relative to the 65cm shade above, making it a useful option for room corners, the side of a sofa, or framing positions either side of a fireplace or sideboard. The integrated LED removes the need to source a separate bulb.

The acrylic spheres are individually fixed to a wire frame within the shade, layered front-to-back so the light source at the centre is partially veiled by the outer rows. This produces the lamp's signature effect: light visibly travelling through and bouncing between each sphere rather than escaping in a single direction. The gold-finished metal frame and base contrast against the amber shade and tie the lamp into warm-toned interiors with brass, walnut or terracotta accents.

Does the Briller need a separate bulb?

No. The lamp uses an integrated 15W LED rated at 3000K (warm white), so no separate bulb purchase is needed. The LED is built into the centre of the shade.

Is the Briller dimmable?

The integrated LED runs at 15W. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific in-line or wall dimmer model. Please contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm suitability for the driver in this fitting.

How much floor space does it take up?

The shade is 65cm in diameter at a height of around 1m, while the circular base is much narrower. Allow at least 70cm of clear width at shade height, but only a small footprint at floor level, which makes the lamp suitable for corners and tighter side-of-sofa positions.

What colour temperature does it produce?

The integrated LED is 3000K, a warm white that pairs with the amber acrylic spheres to cast a golden, ambient glow. It is not a cool or daylight-temperature task light.
