Description

The Bridge Point is a 178mm outdoor chain lantern with a weathered zinc aluminium body, seeded glass globe and protective metal cage. The lantern takes a single E27 bulb up to 60W (sold separately) behind clear textured glass that diffuses light while maintaining brightness. A chain suspension allows height adjustment between 372mm and 2237mm on installation.

Designed for covered outdoor spaces including porches, entryways, pergolas and patio overhangs, the lantern carries an IP44 rating for protection against rain splash and dust. The weathered zinc finish is a low-sheen grey metal that weathers naturally over time, developing a patina that suits coastal, traditional and industrial-style exteriors. The cage protects the glass from accidental contact and adds a railway-lantern aesthetic to the form.

The aluminium body resists corrosion in outdoor conditions better than steel equivalents, while the seeded glass texture scatters light to reduce glare from exposed filament or LED bulbs.
