This is a modern-classic louvered outdoor wall light in polished stainless steel, with a clear glass shade and a built-in adjustable PIR sensor. The louvered styling gives it a smart, architectural look, while the PIR detects movement and switches the light on automatically. The sensor is adjustable, with a 90 degree detection angle, a maximum range of around 10 metres and a timer that can be set from roughly 10 seconds to 4 minutes. Rated IP44 for exterior use, it stands 325mm tall and projects 255mm from the wall, and takes a single E27 Edison screw bulb up to 40W.

The Brackbury suits front and back doors, porches, garden walls and driveways, where the PIR gives you light on arrival and a helpful sense of security without leaving a light on all night. The polished stainless steel and louvered shape bring a clean, modern-classic look that works well on rendered, brick and stone walls, and the clear glass shade makes it a natural home for a filament LED lamp. Fit one to light a doorway, or a pair to frame an entrance evenly and give balanced coverage of a path or drive.

The body is polished stainless steel with a clear glass shade, and the PIR sensor is built in with adjustable angle, range and timing. It is wired as an earthed Class 1 fitting and rated IP44, which protects it against splashing water so it is safe for exterior use. To care for it, switch off at the mains and let the fitting cool, then wipe the stainless steel and glass with a soft, damp cloth and dry to keep them clear. We would fit an E27 LED filament lamp to make the most of the clear glass shade.
