Description

The Bora is a 38cm oval LED ceiling or wall light with a matt white finish and an integrated 30W LED delivering 2400 lumens at 2700K warm white. The flush-mounted design sits just 55mm from the wall or ceiling surface, giving a low-profile architectural presence that works in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.2m upwards. The oval shape measures 380mm at its longest axis and the 120° beam angle provides wide, even coverage across a room.

Mounted on a ceiling, the Bora suits bedrooms, hallways, home offices and living rooms between 12-18m² where ambient warm light is needed without a pendant drop. Mounted on a wall, it functions as a wide-coverage uplight or wash light in corridors, stairwells and bedrooms where a switch-controlled source is more practical than a table lamp. The light is not dimmable but the 2700K colour temperature and matt white diffuser soften the output into a warm glow rather than clinical brightness.

The matt white finish on the metal housing and acrylic diffuser hides dust and fingerprints better than gloss white, and the housing is sealed to IP20 standard for dry indoor use. At 2.91kg the fitting requires secure fixing to a solid ceiling or wall surface rather than plasterboard alone. The integrated LED is rated at 30,000 hours, equivalent to approximately 10 years of typical evening use before noticeable lumen degradation.

Yes. The Bora is designed for dual installation. On a ceiling it provides overhead ambient light, and on a wall it acts as a wide-coverage wash light. The oval orientation can be positioned horizontally or vertically during installation depending on the wall or ceiling layout.
