Description

This 80mm antique brass bezel clips onto Valknight 7W LED downlights, adding a warm metallic surround to the recessed fitting. The bezel replaces the standard chrome or white trim supplied with the downlight, allowing the finish to match other brass hardware, switches or door furniture in the room.

Designed for residential installation in living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and kitchens where antique brass fittings are used throughout, the bezel suits traditional, classical and transitional interiors where polished chrome or white trim would feel too modern. The 4.5mm projection from the ceiling gives a low-profile finish that sits nearly flush with plaster, avoiding the prominent stepped edge of some older downlight bezels.

The antique brass finish has a deliberately aged, slightly tarnished appearance rather than the high polish of new brass, giving it a more muted tone that pairs comfortably with oak, walnut and dark-stained timber. The bezel fits all Valknight 7W LED downlights regardless of the finish supplied with the downlight (chrome, brushed chrome, white). It clips onto the housing and replaces the original trim.

Does the bezel require tools to fit?

No. The bezel clips into the downlight housing by hand. Once the downlight is installed in the ceiling, you can remove the existing trim and clip this antique brass bezel into place in seconds.

What's the difference between antique brass and polished brass?
