Description

The Bern is a 245mm square outdoor wall light with a black powder-coated galvanised steel frame, frosted glass diffuser and a single E27 bulb fitting. Two curved black metal bars run horizontally across the frosted glass face, creating a geometric Art Deco profile. The IP54 rating protects the fitting from dust and moisture ingress, making it suitable for UK weather across all seasons.

Designed for house walls, porch entryways, covered patios and garage exteriors, the Bern mounts flush to the wall with a 120mm projection from the mounting surface. The frosted glass diffuses the light source, softening direct bulb glare and casting a warm glow across adjacent surfaces. The fitting accepts any E27 LED, halogen or filament bulb up to 60W (bulb sold separately), and is compatible with dimmable bulbs when paired with an appropriate outdoor-rated dimmer.

The galvanised steel construction resists corrosion under prolonged exposure to rain, coastal air and temperature fluctuation. The black powder-coated finish is applied over the galvanised layer, giving both UV resistance and a matt surface that sits comfortably against dark brickwork, painted render and timber cladding.
