Description
The Beno is a round LED ceiling light that runs on a switchable 24W or 30W output, giving up to 3530 lumens from its integrated LEDs. A wide 110 degree spread pushes light evenly across the room below, and the colour temperature is selectable between 3000K, 3500K and 4000K so the tone can shift from warm domestic white to a crisper neutral. Buyers in the US will recognise this format as a flush mount LED ceiling light. With no separate bulb to replace, the diode array is built in and rated for 50,000 hours.
Measuring Ø260mm and standing just 57mm deep, the Beno sits close to the surface and suits hallways, porches, utility rooms, bathrooms and covered outdoor areas. At general lighting levels it covers around 11 to 12 m², which makes it a sensible single fitting for a small to mid sized room or entry. Because it is rated IP65 it can take direct exposure to weather, so it works equally well on a sheltered ceiling indoors or on a fully open soffit or external wall.
The body is moulded polycarbonate in a white finish, weighing 760g, and carries an IP65 weatherproof rating for wet and dust laden locations. It mounts directly to a wall or ceiling and is not dimmable, running from a 220 to 240V AC supply with the colour temperature set at install. Colour rendering is Ra 80. Other round fittings sit alongside it in the Beno range for matching across a project.

Frequently Asked
What size room does the Beno light?
At general lighting levels it covers around 11 to 12 m², drawing on up to 3530 lumens. That makes it a good single fitting for a small hallway, porch, bathroom or utility space.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes. The Beno is rated IP65, so it is protected against dust and water jets and can be fitted on a fully exposed outdoor ceiling or wall as well as in wet indoor areas.
Is the Beno dimmable?
No, this fitting is not dimmable. It runs from a standard 220 to 240V AC supply, with the colour temperature chosen between 3000K, 3500K and 4000K at the point of installation.
How should the Beno be cleaned?
Wipe the polycarbonate diffuser with a soft damp cloth after switching off and letting it cool. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, which can dull the white surface over time.
