Description

The Bello is a small outdoor spotlight in brass, made to pick out a feature with one focused point of light. It comes in two finishes, Antique Brass or Natural Brass, so you can choose a deeper, aged tone or the bright warmth of brass as it is. The body is a neat cylinder with a broad flanged rim and a glass lens at its centre, and it is recessed, so once in place it projects just 0.4cm. It is 7.2cm tall and 4.6cm across, which keeps it discreet wherever it sits. It takes one GU4 bulb, and bulbs are sold separately: choose a GU4 bulb of up to 5W.

Rated IP65, it is sealed against dust and protected against jets of water, so it suits outdoor use. Set along a garden path, around a patio or at the foot of a planted border, it gives a focused pool of light exactly where you want one. Its small size makes it easy to use several together to mark a route or light a flight of steps after dark. It also suits a kitchen, where a run of brass spotlights adds a warm, low accent. Antique Brass sits comfortably with older stone and brick, while Natural Brass suits a cleaner, more modern scheme.

Each Bello is made from brass, glass and metal, with the glass lens set at the centre of the brass body, and every one is made to order for you. Because it is a mains fitting, it is wired in to the mains by a qualified electrician. Plan your positions before the work begins, counting how many spotlights a path, border or kitchen run will need, so your electrician can wire in each one where it does the most good.
