Bellini 1 Light Crystal Pendant Light - Oxidized Bronze

The Feiss Bellini is a 222mm single-light pendant built around an oxidized bronze metal cage that encloses a crystal-encrusted orb. The outer frame forms four arched loops rising from the base finial to the canopy, with antique quartz crystal strands hanging vertically between the cage ribs and additional crystal droplets suspended around the perimeter. A single E14 bulb inside the crystal orb casts light through the faceted stones, creating refracted patterns on surrounding surfaces.

Designed for entrance halls, dining room corners, or above a console table where a compact decorative pendant is needed, the Bellini sits 480-1980mm below the ceiling depending on how much of the 1500mm chain is used during installation. The 222mm diameter suits spaces where a full-size chandelier would overwhelm but decorative presence is still wanted. The oxidized bronze finish has a dark, aged patina that contrasts with the clear crystal, giving the pendant a historical rather than contemporary character.

The crystal detailing includes multiple cuts — elongated baguette drops, faceted beads, and a larger faceted sphere finial at the base. Each piece of crystal is hand-strung onto the frame, so slight variation in placement and orientation occurs between individual pendants. The bronze metalwork has visible texture and tonal variation consistent with an oxidized finish, showing darker recesses and lighter high points where the metal has aged. The combination of heavy bronze and multi-faceted crystal gives the pendant a weight of approximately 1.8kg, requiring secure ceiling fixing.

What bulb does the Bellini take?

The pendant takes a single E14 small Edison screw bulb up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users choose a candle-style LED bulb between 4-6W in warm white (2700K) to complement the aged bronze finish and match the historical character of the design.

Can the drop height be adjusted after installation?

No. The drop is adjusted during installation by shortening the chain to the required length, then securing it at the canopy. Once installed, the pendant hangs at a fixed height until the next time it is taken down for rewiring or repositioning.

Is the crystal genuine or acrylic?

The Bellini uses antique quartz crystal — genuine mineral quartz cut and faceted by hand. Each crystal piece has natural inclusions and slight tonal variation, which is characteristic of real quartz rather than moulded acrylic or glass imitations.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 480mm minimum drop plus the 405mm fitting height means the pendant extends at least 885mm below the ceiling rose when fully shortened. This works in rooms with 2.4m ceilings if hung in a corner or above furniture. For use over a walkway or dining table, a ceiling height of 2.7m or above is more comfortable.
