Description

This framed square glass plaque carries a gentle reminder in gold lettering: "You don't have to be Anything else other than Yourself". Pastel pink and soft blue watercolour-style flowers gather around the words, with two little bees drifting across the clear glass panel, and the whole piece sits in a rich brown frame. It measures 15.5cm high, 15.5cm wide and 4cm deep, a neat square that suits a small space without getting lost in it.

Its 4cm depth lets it stand upright on a shelf, mantelpiece, desk or bedside table, and a small hanger on the back means it can go on the wall too. The soft palette sits happily in a bedroom, hallway, home office or reading corner, wherever a kind word helps at the start of the day. We think it makes a thoughtful Mother's Day gift, and with its spring flowers and bees it is a lovely Easter present as well, something small to say you appreciate someone just as they are.

The print sits on the glass itself, and the clear panel lets a little light through from behind, which keeps the colours looking fresh. The brown frame gives the pastel design a warm edge that pairs well with natural wood, cream walls or soft greens. To keep it looking its best, wipe the glass with a soft dry cloth and dust the frame the same way. Stand it beside a vase of fresh flowers or a favourite candle, or wrap it with tissue as a gift that says more than a card.
