Description

The Basis Rot is a 51cm linear LED track light with a white aluminium body housing an integrated 24W LED strip at 4000K neutral white. The fitting mounts onto Maytoni's Single Phase Track Unity system via a rotating connector, allowing the entire 51cm bar to swivel horizontally along the track axis to direct light where needed.

Designed for retail, gallery, commercial and residential track lighting installations, the Basis Rot provides general illumination rather than accent spotlighting. The 24W output and 51cm diffuser length suit track runs of 2-4 metres where even wash light is needed across worktops, display shelving, or walkways. The matte polycarbonate diffuser hides the LED strip and reduces glare when viewed from below or at an angle.

Is this compatible with other track lighting systems?

No. The Basis Rot is designed exclusively for Maytoni's Single Phase Track Unity system. It will not fit standard 3-circuit track, Eutrac, Global or other third-party track systems.

Is the LED replaceable?

No. The 24W LED is integrated into the fitting and cannot be replaced by the user. The LED is rated for approximately 30,000 hours of operation under normal conditions.

Can it be dimmed?

Dimming capability depends on the power supply and dimmer module used with the Track Unity system. The fitting itself does not have onboard dimming. Contact us to confirm compatibility with dimming modules before installation.
