The Basis Angle is a 90° corner piece for Maytoni's Magnetic Exility track lighting system, housing an integrated 24W LED that casts 4000K neutral white light along both arms of the right-angle frame. Built from white-finished aluminium, the fitting measures 321mm along each arm with a 44mm profile depth, creating a crisp L-shaped light source that can be positioned at room corners, ceiling perimeters, or as an architectural accent where two wall planes meet.

Designed for magnetic track rail systems running on DC 48V, the Basis Angle snaps magnetically onto compatible Exility rails without tools, allowing repositioning and reconfiguration as room layouts change. The 4000K colour temperature suits task-focused commercial spaces, retail interiors, galleries, and modern residential kitchens or home offices where neutral white light is preferred over warmer tones. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor environments only.

The aluminium construction keeps the weight low while the magnetic attachment distributes load across the rail contact points rather than relying on screw fixings. No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is suitable for dry indoor environments only. It is not protected against moisture ingress and should not be installed in bathrooms, wet rooms, covered outdoor areas, or any location where condensation or water contact is possible.
