The Basel is a single-light outdoor wall lantern built around a rectangular frosted glass panel set within a black powder-coated metal frame. The fitting carries an IP54 rating, protecting the internal lamp holder and wiring from dust ingress and water spray from any direction, making it suitable for exterior walls exposed to rain. A single E27 bulb sits behind the frosted glass, which diffuses the light into a soft, even wash across the wall and immediate surroundings.

Designed for porch lighting, side-of-door installation, patio walls and garden boundaries, the Basel provides functional visibility while adding a clean geometric accent to rendered, brick or timber-clad walls. The 310mm height and 210mm width suit standard residential door surrounds and garden gate positions where a compact fitting is needed without excessive projection. The 120mm depth keeps the lantern close to the wall, reducing the risk of accidental knocks in high-traffic areas.
