The Barranco Downlight is a compact round recessed ceiling light in white, with a plastic body 8.4cm across. It takes a GU10 lamp rated at 4.5W and 345 lumens. That is a modest output, so it works best in groups, spaced along a ceiling to build up the light a room needs. Its IP44 rating means it is protected from splashing water, which settles the question if you want downlights in a bathroom or near a kitchen sink. A slim inner ring sits within the flat white bezel and frames the lamp, so the fitting reads as a neat circle once it is set into the ceiling.
