Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and double-height spaces with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Aurora sits 650mm from ceiling rose to the lowest crystal drop. The 720mm diameter suits rooms of 4m width or larger, sitting centrally above a dining table or in the centre of an entrance hall. The twelve bulbs provide distributed light rather than focused task lighting, filling the room with reflected and refracted light from the crystal elements.

The gold finish on the metal frame is a warm-toned gold plate rather than polished brass, reading slightly more antique in tone. What bulbs does the Aurora take?

Is the Aurora dimmable?

Yes, when paired with dimmable E14 LED bulbs and a trailing-edge LED dimmer. The chandelier itself has no electronics that would prevent dimming, but the bulbs and dimmer must be compatible with each other.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 650mm drop from ceiling rose to lowest crystal suits rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above. In dining rooms the chandelier typically hangs 700-900mm above the table, which requires 2.9m or higher ceilings to maintain comfortable headroom when standing.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off and allow bulbs to cool. Remove dust with a dry microfibre cloth or a soft brush. For deeper cleaning, remove individual crystal strands and wash in warm water with a drop of washing-up liquid, rinse with distilled water, then dry thoroughly before rehanging. Do not spray the chandelier with liquid while crystals are attached to the metal frame.
