This stoneware mug is made for a much-loved auntie, with the word Auntie written in flowing gold script across the front and a few gentle words set beneath it: there is no one else quite as lovely as you are to me. Beside the message, a small illustrated figure in a grey top and glittering gold trousers tips a watering can over a patch of pink flowers, surrounded by scattered stars, tiny hearts and soft grey dots. Turn the mug round and a second message runs along the top of the handle, reading you are wonderful, a quiet surprise she will find each time she picks it up.
