Description
The Atardecer is a 70x50cm photographic print transferred onto an MDF substrate with a textured surface that mimics canvas weave. The image shows a single canoe resting on calm lake water at golden hour, with dark silhouettes of trees on either shore and a low sun casting warm amber light across the water's surface.
Designed as wall art for bedrooms, hallways, reading nooks and living spaces where a calm, naturalistic accent is wanted, the print measures 70cm wide by 50cm tall with a 0.04cm (0.4mm) depth. The MDF base provides structural rigidity and resistance to warping compared to stretched canvas, while the surface texture gives a tactile finish that softens reflections under room lighting. The print weighs 1.16kg and can be hung on standard picture hooks or wall fixings rated for 2kg or above.
The colour palette runs from deep charcoal in the tree silhouettes through warm amber and rose tones in the water reflections to a pale cream sky, making it compatible with interiors using warm woods, natural fibres and neutral wall colours. The composition is horizontally oriented and works well above low furniture like beds, sideboards and console tables where the landscape format reads naturally. The Atardecer is part of Schuller's photographic print range and ships ready to hang.

Frequently Asked
What material is the print on?
The photographic image is transferred onto an MDF substrate with a textured surface finish that mimics the appearance of canvas weave. This provides the visual warmth of canvas with the structural stability of board.
How is it hung?
The print weighs 1.16kg and can be hung using standard picture hooks, D-rings or wall fixings rated for 2kg or above. Fixings are not included but most standard frame hanging hardware will work.
Can it be used in bathrooms?
The MDF substrate is not moisture-resistant and should not be used in high-humidity environments like bathrooms or utility rooms where condensation is regular. It suits bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and dining areas with typical indoor humidity levels.
What style interiors does it suit?
The warm amber and rose tones and naturalistic subject matter pair well with contemporary, coastal, rustic and Scandinavian interiors. It works particularly well in spaces using natural wood, cream and neutral wall colours, and soft furnishings in warm earth tones.
