The Ashland Bay is a 327mm outdoor chain lantern built around a cylindrical cage frame in burnished bronze, enclosing clear seeded glass panels on all sides. A single E27 bulb fitting sits at the centre, visible through the glass. The lantern hangs from a matching burnished bronze chain (adjustable from 432mm to 2306mm drop) and a 154mm diameter ceiling canopy, giving it a suspended presence suitable for covered porches, entryways and pergolas.

Designed for outdoor installation under eaves or covered structures, the Ashland Bay carries an IP44 rating, protecting against rain splash and wind-driven moisture but requiring overhead shelter from direct downpours. The seeded glass texture diffuses the bulb's output slightly while allowing the filament to remain visible, making the lantern compatible with decorative Edison-style LED bulbs or standard E27 bulbs up to 60W (sold separately).
